Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you right away.

Returns and Refunds

Online orders:
You may return any goods for a refund*, only if you notify us within 14 days from receipt of your order via emailEmail Us Here
We will email you back confirmation within 2 working days with details on how to return to us. (If you have not received this confirmation within that time frame, please contact us).

You then get a further 14 days to actually send the goods back to us.
The goods must be unused in the original packaging with labels still attached and in the original condition.
All goods must be sent back at your own expense.
Using a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any items returned by you lost in transit.
A refund* will be processed within 14 days upon acknowledgement by us via email that we have received the goods from you.

* Conditions of Refunds:

If you return part of your order and were not charged for delivery, the standard delivery charge would be deducted to cover delivery costs for the remaining items not sent back. 

If you ordered a premium delivery, (Next Day or Saturday), you'll be refunded the standard delivery charge only.

Any items returned to us for a refund or exchange that are stated unused but are used or damaged will be returned to you at a delivery charge of £13.95.

We cannot offer refunds on certain discounted items.

Your Subscription
Subscription fees (£1.99 per calendar month) can only be refunded if notification of your cancellation was sent before the day your subscription renewed.
Example: If your subscription renews on the 10th of the month and you send notification on the 9th or before but your payment is taken, this can be refunded.
There can be no partial or pro-rata refunds and if you notify us after your renewal date, your subscription will remain active until your next renewal.
